In brief
We continue to study products at the intersection of HACCP, production reporting, regulatory requirements and B2B/B2G processes. This is not a public launch of a separate service, but a careful validation of hypotheses: where businesses face recurring reporting work and how it can be turned into a managed digital contour.
The topic matters to ACG because it connects several of our strong areas: engineering architecture, product discovery, data, role-based processes and operating digital systems in real environments.
Why this area requires care
Regulatory and production processes do not tolerate superficial digitization well. If a paper form is simply moved into a web interface, the result may look neat but remain weak: no versions, no evidence logic, no responsible roles and no clear lifecycle for the data.
In such tasks, value appears not in the form itself, but in everything around it: who approved the template, who made the entry, which data is mandatory, how a deviation is captured, how a report is generated and whether the result can be reproduced later.
What we are validating
Several practical questions are important for the research. Where does the business prepare reports regularly? Which data must be trustworthy and verifiable? How can production processes, internal control, audit and the external contour be connected? Which B2B and B2G scenarios are truly useful, and which only look good in a presentation?
We also look closely at participant roles. A production company has one set of tasks, a consultant or auditor has another, and the management team has a third. If these roles are not separated in the product, the system quickly becomes a shared data storage area without responsibility.
Connection with oneHACCP
The practical HACCP project showed that the need for digital journals, QR flows, reports and operation without permanent connectivity is not unique. The research helps us understand how project experience can evolve into a broader product model.
In this sense, oneHACCP is not just “another reporting system”. It is an attempt to bring executable templates, version control, mobile entry, an action log and reproducible reports into one contour.
Engineering conclusion
A product that touches regulation has to be careful. It should not promise to automatically satisfy every requirement or replace expert responsibility with an interface. But it can help organizations reduce version chaos, lower manual workload, make data verifiable and prepare reports faster.
These are the areas that interest us: where a digital product does not replace responsibility, but makes it clearer, more transparent and more practical for everyday work.
