Summary
We completed a project focused on digital HACCP logs and reporting for a food production enterprise. The client name is not disclosed until explicit public permission is granted.
What mattered
Some control zones can operate without stable connectivity. The system therefore needed to work in real operational conditions: a phone, a QR code at a control point, a log entry and later synchronization.
